I started this site (originally called timeabusers.com) in late summer of 2004 when I was unemployed and sitting around the house procrastinating all day long (I now understand that a lot of my confusion, procrastination, distraction, and inaction stems from the fact that I have adult ADD). I couldn't find a serious web site dedicated to procrastination. So I created this one.
My policies on affiliates
I don't make money on this site but I do try to offset the costs of running the site (domain registration, promotion, web hosting) by offering affiliate programs. Here are my policies on affiliates:

I figure if you're going to order something on the internet anyway, I might as well get a tiny percentage of that sale (emphasis on tiny! :-).
If I ever start making more on this site than covers the costs of running the site I'll post that information on this page!
About my affiliates
I currently get a small bonus if you order something from these affiliates. They are:
Mailwasher anti-spam. This is the spam fighting software I use every day. My mom and my father-in-law both use it too! Does it make all the spammers remove my name from all of their lists? No. No spam fighter can do that. But it helps stem the tide and prevents you from getting viruses and other nasties in your inbox.
Amazon.com -- they have a great selection of books. I buy new and used books from them all the time. When I want used books, I also sometimes shop at Half.com.
